Desde 2012 creant pastissos d&#8217;autor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Josep Maria Rodr\u00edguez ha treballat en els grans obradors espanyols i francesos (Oriol Balaguer, Foix de Sarri\u00e0, Pastisseria Fauchon, &#8230;), i en restaurants amb v\u00e0ries estrelles Michelin \u00a0(Miramar, Zuberoa, Ze Kitchen Galerie, &#8230;). \u00c9s guanyador de la prestigiosa \u00a0\u201cCoupe Du Monde de la P\u00e2tisserie\u201d edici\u00f3 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ana Jarqu\u00edn ha estat cap de rebosteria del Restaurant Abac (3 estrelles Michelin), del Restaurant Moments (2 estrelles), i \u00e9s guanyadora en la categoria \u201cPastissera Revelaci\u00f3 Obrador \u201c del certamen de cuina Madrid Fusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019any 2019 Pastisseria Barcelona va rebre el reconeixement a la Millor Pastisseria de Catalunya i al desembre 2021&nbsp;reben el Premi al Millor Producte&nbsp;en la XVII Edici\u00f3 dels Premis Barcelona Comer\u00e7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta pastisseria, l\u2019objectiu \u00e9s l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia i que totes les seves creacions responguin a l\u2019esperit d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 i qualitat que fonamenta aquest establiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Horari:<\/strong> De dimarts a dissabte de 9:00h a 14:00h i de 17:00h a 20:00h.
